Marcus Hom, Realtor(R)

Marcus is a San Francisco Bay Area native and resident practicing real estate since 2004.  His knowledge and experience of Bay Area real estate runs deep (see his sales history...) having successfully weathered a variety of dynamic real estate market cycles including the fast-paced "Boom" of the mid-2000s, the infamous 2008-13 "Great Recession" short-sale/ foreclosure market, and the corresponding "Rebound Market" of 2013 to 2019.   Add to that his adept navigation of the recent COVID-19 Pandemic Market and the current "Inflationary Market" (with its rapid-rise interest rate environment) - Marcus has practically seen it all!
